Back in 1993 William Kressen got tired of listening to insured complain about their “claim surprise” when it came time to collect on their policy. Most of the issues he was dealing with were due to the policies being Insufficient or not updated as time went along and the gaps would show when it was time to file a claim and collect for the damages. He decided to do something about it and wrote a book titled “winning the Insurance Game, every man’s guide to self protection”.

After years of a successful career as a Public Adjuster, Bill decided he wanted to share his knowledge with the world and had written a series of follow up books to his original script PLUS is supplementing the self help books with an app that will allow the average homeowner to file an Insurance claim and receive the correct amount of compensation due in their policy. The series and app are named “Ten Minute Claims Protector”
